As I was looking for an ID to renovate my new home, I chanced upon Daniel thru Google .The reason deciding to go with Daniel was because he is the only one who respects my design requirement, comparing to the rest of the 6 IDs i discussed.

Also at the initial stage, he was the only one who actually draw a 3D view to explain to me the design, space planning etc, maybe due to the complexity of my requirement that he had to do a 3D which can be a lot of work. You can see that he put 100% effort just right in the beginning even before any payment or confirmation was made. True indeed throughout the renovation process, he kept us update on the schedule timely, answered to our questions promptly and guided us step by step for what next to be done. And also help us in cost saving suggestions.

It has been a good experience working with ID Daniel and KaJie on the renovation work for our home. Its an old HDB unit at Spottiswood Park estate which layout was required to be reconstructed and redesigned entirely so that our family of six can stay in comfortably. Among few reputable IDs that I spoke with, Daniel stood out to be a patient, cheerful and accommodating person. He picked up our request quickly and was able to map out many different designs for our home. Daniel have been very approachable, attentive to details and open to make changes in time for better outcomes right from the start.
